Benefits
Why Deepyze for your Custom ERP?
We work with industry best practices to guarantee real results.
Modules built for your business
Only the modules your company needs, with the specific logic of your industry and operation. No features you'll never use, no adapting to workflows that aren't yours.
All processes integrated
Sales, purchasing, inventory, production, finance and HR in a single system. One source of truth for the entire company. No information silos or bridging Excel spreadsheets.
No third-party monthly licenses
The ERP is yours. No monthly payments to SAP, Odoo or Oracle. The investment is the development; after that there's no license fee that grows with your user count.
Scalable with growth
The system grows with the company. New modules, new locations, more users or new processes are added without switching platforms or losing what was already built.
In-house support and evolution
Maintenance, fixes and new features are handled by us. No dependency on a foreign company with support in a different time zone or expensive certified consultants.
Migration from existing systems
We migrate historical data from the current system: customers, suppliers, products and transactions. The company does not start from scratch in the new system.
Process
How we build your Custom ERP
A clear and transparent method so you always know which stage your project is at.
- 1
Comprehensive business assessment
We spend time with each department to understand real workflows, current pain points and the data each role needs to make decisions. A poorly assessed ERP is an ERP nobody uses.
- 2
Architecture and modular design
We define the system architecture and the modules to develop at each stage. We prioritize high-impact modules so the company starts seeing value quickly. Design accounts for scalability from the start.
- 3
Phased development with partial deliveries
We develop by module and deliver functional versions throughout the project. The company starts using the system before it's complete, allowing for validation and course correction along the way.
- 4
Implementation, migration and training
We migrate the data, train each department on their specific modules and define a phased go-live plan to minimize operational disruption. Intensive support during the first months.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope: we define it together in a free discovery meeting and send you a fixed-price proposal.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about Custom ERP
How much does a custom ERP cost?
It depends on the scope: we define it together in a free discovery meeting and send you a fixed-price proposal. We offer payment installments throughout the development period.
How long does it take to develop a custom ERP?
An ERP with core modules (sales, purchasing, inventory, finance) takes between 4 and 8 months. More comprehensive systems can take 10 to 14 months. We manage it in phases so the company can start using parts of the system before it's fully complete.
When should you choose a custom ERP vs. SAP, Odoo or another off-the-shelf solution?
An off-the-shelf ERP makes sense when your processes are standard and can adapt to the software. A custom ERP makes sense when your processes are highly specific, when generic license costs are high, or when the customizations required for a generic system end up costing more than a purpose-built one.
Can you start with basic modules and grow from there?
Yes. This is the recommended approach. We start with the most critical modules (for example, sales and inventory), the company begins operating in the system, and we add modules in subsequent phases based on priorities.
What happens if we need changes after the system goes live?
Changes and new features are part of the maintenance and evolution service. We offer monthly support contracts that include development hours for ongoing improvements and adaptations.
Can you integrate the ERP with external systems like tax authorities, banks or e-commerce platforms?
Yes. The most common integrations we implement are: electronic tax invoicing, automatic bank reconciliation, e-commerce integration (MercadoLibre, Shopify, WooCommerce) and logistics platform connections.
